1 scoop whey protein powder, vanilla
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons granola, low-sugar
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

In a medium bowl, mix 3/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and well combined.

In a separate small bowl, stir 1 tablespoon almond butter with 1 teaspoon honey until well mixed.

Take a clear glass or jar and begin layering: start with half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer using half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries (1/4 cup total).

Sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of granola over the fruit layer.
