Chef's Note
Synergistic umami makes Caesar dressing taste exponentially more savory than its individual ingredients.

Ingredients
1 whole rotisserie chicken
1 bag (10 oz) bagged Caesar salad kit (including romaine, dressing, croutons, and parmesan)
Instructions
- 1
Place the whole rotisserie chicken on a clean cutting board. Using clean hands or tongs, carve and pull approximately 1/3 of the chicken meat (about 6 oz of mixed white and dark meat) off the bone, shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Immediately transfer the remaining 2/3 of the rotisserie chicken into an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator to reserve for Day 2 and Day 3 lunches.
- 3
Open the bagged Caesar salad kit and empty the romaine lettuce into a large salad bowl.
- 4
Pour the included Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss vigorously for 30 seconds to thoroughly coat every leaf, ensuring the umami-rich ingredients emulsify together.
- 5
Top the dressed salad with the 6 oz of shredded rotisserie chicken, then sprinkle the package's croutons and parmesan cheese over the top and serve immediately.
