Chef's Note
Wrapping these bars in parchment before foil prevents the peanut butter drizzle from sticking, keeping your hands clean at the campsite.

Ingredients
3 bars leftover peanut butter blondies
1/4 cup leftover peanut butter
2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- 1
Place 3 bars of leftover peanut butter blondies (from Day 1) onto a clean cutting board lined with parchment paper.
- 2
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add 1/4 cup of leftover peanut butter. Microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds until it is warm, runny, and easy to drizzle.
- 3
Finely chop 2 tbsp of unsalted peanuts using a chef's knife.
- 4
Drizzle the warm, melted 1/4 cup of peanut butter evenly over the top of the 3 blondie bars.
- 5
Immediately sprinkle 2 tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips and the chopped peanuts over the wet peanut butter drizzle so they adhere to the bars.
- 6
Finish with a light sprinkle of 1/4 tsp of flaky sea salt across all 3 bars.
- 7
Let the bars sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to allow the peanut butter glaze to set slightly.
- 8
To pack for your camping trip: wrap each bar tightly in a small sheet of parchment paper first, then wrap with a layer of aluminum foil. Pack the wrapped bars into a hard-sided airtight container to prevent them from getting crushed in your gear.
