Chef's Note
Freezing bananas breaks down cellular walls to release starches and pectins, creating a velvety emulsion that mimics dairy fat.

1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach

Pour 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt into the blender jar first to provide a liquid base for smooth blending.
