Chef's Note
To make the cream cheese easier to spread, let it sit on the counter for about 10-15 minutes before preparing the recipe, or whip it with a fork for 30 seconds to soften it up.

6 whole celery stalks
6 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
- 1
Wash the 6 whole celery stalks thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt, then pat them completely dry with a clean paper towel.

- 3
Finely chop the 1 tbsp of fresh chives.
- 4
Using a butter knife or small spatula, spread about 1 tbsp of the 6 oz cream cheese into the hollow cavity of each celery piece, filling it evenly from end to end.

Sprinkle the 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning and the chopped chives evenly over the cream cheese filling, then arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
