Chef's Note

Ingredients
  • 88 g vanilla whey protein powder

  • 100 g raw baby spinach

  • 250 g raw banana

  • 30 g raw almonds

  • 35 g raw rolled oats

  • 28 g raw chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions
  • 1

To prepare the rustic oat-almond milk base, combine 30g of raw almonds, 35g of raw rolled oats, and 2 1/2 cups of cold water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds until completely emulsified and smooth.

  • 2

Peel and slice 250g of raw banana. Add the sliced banana, 100g of raw baby spinach, 88g of vanilla whey protein powder, 28g of raw chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract directly into the blender container with the prepared oat-almond milk base.

  • 3

Add 1 cup of ice cubes if desired for an extra-chilled texture. Secure the blender lid tightly and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds to break down the solid ingredients, then increase the speed to high for 45 to 60 seconds until the spinach is fully pulverized and the smoothie is thick, creamy, and vibrant green.

  • 4

Pour the smoothie evenly into two large glasses and serve immediately for optimal nutrient absorption and texture.
