Chef's Note
If you are meal prepping this snack for the week, mix the chia seeds and yogurt ahead of time. The chia seeds will expand and create a thick, pudding-like consistency that keeps perfectly in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Ingredients
1000 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
4 medium raw yellow peaches
6 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1
Wash 4 medium raw yellow peaches under cold running water, pat dry, slice them in half to remove the pits, and cut them into thin bite-sized wedges.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1000g of plain Greek yogurt and 6 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- 3
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of honey and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon into the yogurt mixture, then stir thoroughly with a spoon to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
- 4
Divide the chia-yogurt mixture evenly among 6 serving bowls or meal-prep containers (approximately 2/3 cup per portion).
- 5
Top each bowl with the sliced peaches, distributing them evenly across all portions.
- 6
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture and soften into a pudding-like texture.
