Chef's Note
Reheating rice with a damp paper towel over the bowl is a game-changer! It traps the steam, making the grains as light and fluffy as the day you first cooked them.

Ingredients
6 oz leftover ground beef
0.5 cup leftover white rice
1 cup leftover broccoli
Instructions
- 1
Retrieve the leftover ground beef, leftover white rice, and leftover broccoli from the refrigerator (originally prepared on Day 1).
- 2
To reheat on the stovetop, place 6 oz of leftover ground beef and 1 tbsp of water in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
- 3
To reheat the sides, place 0.5 cup of leftover white rice and 1 cup of leftover broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl. Splash with 1 tsp of water, cover with a damp paper towel to trap steam, and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until hot.
- 4
Transfer the warm white rice to a serving bowl, top with the heated Korean ground beef, and arrange the steamed broccoli on the side. Enjoy immediately.
