Chef's Note
Reheating leftover rice with a damp paper towel is a game-changer! It traps the steam, preventing the rice grains from drying out and ensuring they stay perfectly fluffy and tender.

Ingredients
6 oz leftover Korean ground beef
0.5 cup leftover white rice
1 cup leftover steamed broccoli
1 stalk green onion
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1
Wash 1 stalk of green onion under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel, and thinly slice on a bias. Set aside for garnish.
- 2
Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- 3
Add 6 oz of leftover Korean ground beef and 1 cup of leftover steamed broccoli to the skillet. Drizzle 1.5 tbsp of honey over the mixture to refresh the sweet-savory glaze.
- 4
Sauté gently for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef and broccoli are heated through and the honey-infused glaze is bubbly and coats the ingredients.
- 5
While the beef reheats, place 0.5 cup of leftover white rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of water, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave on high for 1 minute until hot and steaming.
- 6
Assemble the bowl by layering the warm white rice at the bottom, then topping it with the reheated glazed ground beef and broccoli.
- 7
Garnish the bowl with the sliced green onion and sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame seeds over the top before serving.
