2 lbs leftover cooked hoisin ground pork
9 cups leftover cooked white rice
1.5 lbs leftover cooked green beans
3 tbsp water
Instructions
- 1
Retrieve 2 lbs of leftover cooked hoisin ground pork, 9 cups of leftover cooked white rice, and 1.5 lbs of leftover cooked green beans from the refrigerator.
- 2
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add 3 tbsp of water to the pan to help generate steam and prevent sticking.
- 3
Add 9 cups of the leftover cooked white rice and 2 lbs of the leftover cooked hoisin ground pork to the skillet.
- 4
Cover the skillet with a tight-fitting lid and let it heat undisturbed for 3 to 4 minutes, allowing the steam to gently rehydrate and warm the rice and pork.
- 5
Remove the lid, add 1.5 lbs of the leftover cooked green beans to the skillet, and gently stir all components together.
- 6
Cook uncovered for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork, rice, and green beans are completely heated through.
- 7
Divide the mixture evenly into 6 meal prep containers or plates and serve warm.
