Chef's Note
If your peanut butter is very thick, you can add a teaspoon of water while melting to help it reach a smoother consistency before adding the oats.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
- 1
Line a small tray or plate with a piece of parchment paper to prevent the clusters from sticking.
- 2
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter and 2 tbsp honey.
- 3
Stir the mixture constantly with a spoon for 3 to 5 minutes until the peanut butter and honey are completely melted together and the texture is smooth.
- 4
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- 5
Add 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats to the saucepan and stir until every oat is thoroughly coated in the peanut butter mixture.
- 6
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it into 6 evenly sized clusters onto the prepared parchment paper.
- 7
Allow the clusters to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, or place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, until they are firm and fully set.
