Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut 1.5 slices of sprouted grain bread into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.

Wash, core, and dice 1/3 of a gala apple into small half-inch pieces.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup liquid egg whites, 1/4 cup whole milk, 15 grams vanilla whey protein powder, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon until the powder is fully dissolved.

Arrange the bread cubes and diced apple pieces in an even layer inside a small oven-safe casserole dish.

Pour the egg and protein mixture over the bread and apples, using a spoon to press the bread down so it is fully submerged and starts to absorb the liquid.

Crush 15 grams of walnut halves by hand into small pieces and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the dish.
