  • 390 g non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 28 g raw almonds

  • 10 g raw rolled oats

  • 1.5 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

    Place 28g raw almonds on a cutting board and roughly chop them into smaller pieces using a chef's knife.
