390 g non-fat Greek yogurt
28 g raw almonds
10 g raw rolled oats
1.5 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions

Place 28g raw almonds on a cutting board and roughly chop them into smaller pieces using a chef's knife.

Place a small dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute to warm up.

Add the chopped 28g almonds and 10g raw rolled oats to the skillet. Toast them for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring or shaking the pan constantly, until the oats are golden and the almonds smell toasted.

Immediately remove the almond and oat mixture from the heat and transfer to a small plate to cool slightly.

In a medium serving bowl, add 390g non-fat Greek yogurt.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp ground cardamom over the yogurt and stir with a spoon until the spice is evenly distributed throughout.

Top the yogurt with the toasted almond and oat mixture.

Drizzle 1.5 tbsp honey over the top and serve immediately.
