Add 120g whey protein isolate powder to the almond butter mixture and stir thoroughly for another 2 minutes until the powder is fully absorbed and no dry pockets remain.

Pour in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add 60g unsweetened shredded coconut and 75g dark chocolate chips to the bowl, folding them in gently with a spatula until evenly dispersed.
