Chef's Note
To avoid a gritty texture, always blend your dry oats into a fine powder before adding the liquid ingredients. This creates a much creamier mouthfeel that mimics a milkshake!

125 grams Whey protein isolate
0.5 cup Frozen blueberries
80 grams Rolled oats
2 whole Bananas
900 ml Skim milk
110 grams Natural peanut butter

Place 80g dry rolled oats into a high-speed blender canister and pulse for 30 seconds until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency to ensure a smooth drink.

Peel 2 whole bananas and break them into chunks, then add them to the blender along with 110g natural peanut butter.

Measure and pour 900ml skim milk into the blender to provide the liquid base.

Add 125g whey protein isolate powder on top of the liquid to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of the blades.

Add 0.5 cup frozen blueberries to the mixture for flavor and a chilled temperature.

Secure the blender lid tightly and blend on the highest speed setting for 60 to 90 seconds, or until the oats and blueberries are completely pulverized and the mixture is silky smooth.

Pour the smoothie into six equal portions (approximately 1.5 cups each) and serve immediately or store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
