Chef's Note
To keep your apples from browning if you are batch-prepping this for later, toss the diced pieces in a tiny splash of lemon juice before adding them to the yogurt. This snack perfectly uses up your leftover almonds and yogurt while providing a great balance of fiber and protein!

Ingredients
240 g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
110 g Raw Red Apple
21 g Raw Whole Almonds
0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Honey
Instructions
- 1
Wash 110g raw red apple under cold water, then use a knife to carefully core and dice it into 1/2-inch bite-sized cubes.
- 2
Place 21g raw whole almonds on a cutting board and roughly chop them into smaller pieces to ensure a consistent crunch in every spoonful.
- 3
In a small mixing bowl, add 240g non-fat Greek yogurt and stir in half of the 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon until the spice is evenly distributed and the yogurt is fragrant.
- 4
Gently fold the 110g diced apples and the 21g chopped almonds into the yogurt base, or layer them on top if you prefer a decorative look.
- 5
Drizzle 0.5 tsp honey over the top of the bowl for a touch of natural sweetness and sprinkle the remaining ground cinnamon over the surface as a final garnish.
- 6
Serve immediately while the apples are crisp and the yogurt is chilled.
