5.5 oz dry ziti pasta
10 oz ground turkey
1.5 cups crushed tomatoes
2 cups fresh broccoli
0.5 cup ricotta cheese
0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil

Preheat your oven broiler to high and set a large pot of salted water to boil.

Grate 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese and set aside.

Wash 2 cups fresh broccoli and chop into very small, bite-sized florets.

Add 5.5 oz dry ziti pasta to the boiling water and cook for 9 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, heat 2 tsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 10 oz ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Stir in the chopped broccoli florets, 1.5 cups crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Lower heat to medium and simmer the sauce and broccoli for 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and slightly tender.

Remove skillet from heat; stir in the cooked ziti pasta and 0.5 cup ricotta cheese until creamy and well-combined.

Top the pasta mixture with the 0.5 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
