For meal prep, you can prepare the berries and nuts the night before, but assemble just before eating for the best texture. For extra protein, you can add a scoop of unflavored protein powder to the yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Hull the strawberries and slice them into thin pieces.

    Chop the walnuts into small pieces.

    In a serving glass or bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the bottom layer.

    Add half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the yogurt.

    Sprinkle with half of the chopped walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.

    Add another 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the next layer.

    Add the remaining berries and walnuts.

    Top with the final 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.

    Drizzle 2 teaspoons of honey over the top layer.

    Finish with a light sprinkle of the remaining cinnamon.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before eating.
