For a thicker smoothie bowl, freeze the ripe banana in chunks the night before. You can also prep individual freezer bags with the frozen fruit ingredients for quick morning assembly.

1 large ripe banana
1 medium frozen banana chunks
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup granola
Instructions

Place 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 medium frozen banana chunks, and 1 large peeled ripe banana in a blender.

Add 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon honey to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons more almond milk. The consistency should be thicker than a drinkable smoothie.
