    In a small bowl, mix 4 oz softened cream cheese with 1 tsp ranch seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until well combined.

    Lay 4 flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.

    Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading in a thin layer to the edges.

    Arrange 6 oz sliced turkey and 4 oz sliced ham evenly across all tortillas.

    Sprinkle 1 cup baby spinach and 1/2 cup shredded carrots evenly over the meat.

    Starting at one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
