For extra flavor with zero effort, sprinkle a few pre-packaged oyster crackers on top or add a squeeze of lemon juice from those little plastic lemons found at convenience stores.

2 cans (10.5 oz each) canned chicken noodle soup
1 pouch (8.8 oz) microwaveable brown rice pouch
Instructions

Open both cans of chicken noodle soup and pour contents into a large microwave-safe bowl.

Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate or microwave-safe plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.

Microwave the soup on high for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Carefully remove from microwave as bowl will be hot.

While soup is heating, place the unopened brown rice pouch in the microwave according to package directions (typically 90 seconds).

Carefully remove the rice pouch from the microwave using oven mitts or a kitchen towel as it will be hot.

Tear open the rice pouch and divide the rice between two serving bowls.

Stir the heated soup and pour equal portions over the rice in each bowl.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
