Chef's Note
For meal prep, keep the dressing separate from the lettuce until the morning you plan to eat the wrap to prevent sogginess. Assemble the wrap, then wrap tightly in parchment paper and refrigerate.

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 medium lemon
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 count large flour tortillas
1 pint strawberries
1 cup grapes
1 large apple
Instructions
- 1
Pat 1 pound chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place on a cutting board. If breasts are thick, slice horizontally to create even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
- 2
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Sprinkle mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- 3
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 4
Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Remove chicken from the pan and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- 6
While the chicken cooks, wash and dry 1 head of romaine lettuce. Chop into thin strips and place in a large bowl.
- 7
Make the Caesar dressing: In a medium bowl, combine 1/3 cup mayonnaise, juice from half the lemon (about 1 tablespoon), 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
- 8
Add 1/4 cup of the grated parmesan cheese to the dressing and stir to combine. Reserve the remaining cheese for assembly.
- 9
Pour half the dressing over the chopped romaine and toss to coat evenly. Save the remaining dressing for serving.
- 10
Warm the 4 tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- 11
To assemble each wrap: lay a tortilla flat, spread 1 tablespoon of the reserved dressing in the center, add 1/4 of the dressed romaine lettuce, top with 1/4 of the sliced chicken, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the remaining parmesan cheese.
- 12
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom. Cut in half diagonally if desired.
- 13
For the fruit side: wash 1 pint of strawberries and remove stems. Slice strawberries. Wash 1 cup of grapes and cut in half if large. Wash and core 1 apple, then cut into thin slices.
- 14
Arrange fruit alongside wraps and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap for packed lunches.
