2 cups Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup granola (nut-free)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 leaves fresh mint leaves

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Wash all berries thoroughly and slice any larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.

In a separate small bowl, toss the berries with the remaining tablespoon of honey.

Set out 5 serving glasses or mason jars.

Layer each parfait by starting with 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture at the bottom of each glass.

Add a layer of mixed berries (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt.
