24 crackers whole grain crackers
4 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz gouda cheese
1 medium apple
1 cup grapes
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh thyme
Instructions

Slice 4 oz of cheddar cheese and 4 oz of gouda cheese into thin pieces or small cubes.

Wash the apple, then core and slice it into thin wedges.

Wash 1 cup of grapes and pat dry with a paper towel.

Arrange the whole grain crackers on a serving platter.

Place the cheese slices or cubes on and around the crackers.

Arrange the apple slices and grapes around the cheese and crackers.

Drizzle 2 tbsp of honey over the cheese.

Strip the leaves from the thyme and sprinkle 1 tsp over the platter as a garnish.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (best consumed within 2 hours of preparation).
