Chef's Note
For extra crunch and flavor without adding complexity, you can use pre-packaged matchstick bell peppers instead of the tomatoes. The lettuce leaves can be prepared ahead of time and stored between damp paper towels to keep them crisp.

2 cans (5oz each) canned tuna in water, drained
6 large leaves romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Open and drain the 2 cans of tuna completely, pressing with the lid to remove excess water.

Wash and pat dry 6 large romaine lettuce leaves.

Slice 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes in half.

Finely dice 2 tablespoons of red onion.

In a small bowl, mix the drained tuna with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into the tuna mixture and stir to combine.

Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the lettuce leaves.

Top each with a few cherry tomato halves and a sprinkle of diced red onion.

Roll up the lettuce leaves like wraps, tucking in the sides as you go.
