Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)

  • 1 teaspoon stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)

Instructions

    In a mason jar or container with lid, add 1/3 cup rolled oats.

    Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 2 scoops of protein powder.

    Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sweetener if using.

    Pour in 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.

    Seal the container and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined.

    Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.

    When ready to eat, top with 1/4 cup fresh berries and enjoy cold.
