  • 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 whole large flour tortilla

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce

  • 4 whole cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp caesar dressing

  • 4 whole strawberries

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 whole green apple

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Slice the 4 oz chicken breast into thin strips. Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

    Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from heat and set aside.

    While the chicken cooks, wash and chop 1 cup romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve 4 cherry tomatoes.
