3 cloves garlic

1 16-oz bag frozen mixed vegetables

4 cups cooked rice
Instructions

Slice 1 pound of pork tenderloin into thin strips.

Mince 3 cloves of garlic.

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork strips to the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
