Chef's Note
For an even quicker cleanup, line your measuring cups with plastic wrap when measuring the salsa and cheese. This way, you can just toss the wrap when done instead of washing extra dishes!

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning packet
1 can (15 oz) canned black beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until browned.

Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sprinkle 1 packet of taco seasoning over the cooked beef and stir to coat.

Drain and rinse 1 can of black beans, then add to the skillet.

Add 1 cup of frozen corn to the skillet and stir to combine.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve with 2 cups of tortilla chips on the side and 1/2 cup of salsa on top.
