2 large eggs

3 medium radishes

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Add the juice from half a lime, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

Thinly slice the radishes and roughly chop 2 tablespoons of cilantro leaves. Set aside.
