Chef's Note
For maximum freshness and crunch, store your trail mix in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks. The protein coating on the nuts not only boosts nutrition but also helps the spices adhere better. Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts and fruits while maintaining the ratios for similar macros.
