For an extra protein boost, choose a higher protein Greek yogurt (look for 20-25g protein per cup). You can also prepare these in mason jars the night before for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack option!

4 cups plain Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Divide 4 cups of Greek yogurt equally among 4 serving bowls.
