Chef's Note
Using pre-cooked pulled pork from the grocery store deli or refrigerated section is the secret to making this meal super quick! If you have a few extra minutes, warming the buns adds a nice touch.

1 cup pre-cooked pulled pork
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
3 each slider buns
1 cup pre-packaged coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup pre-cooked pulled pork with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then heat for another 1-2 minutes until hot.

While the pork heats, make the coleslaw by mixing 1 cup coleslaw mix with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl.

Split the 3 slider buns and lightly toast them in a dry pan over medium heat for about 1 minute, if desired.

Divide the heated pulled pork between the 3 slider buns, topping each with the remaining 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
