Chef's Note
For an extra flavor boost, try toasting the nuts and seeds for 5 minutes before adding them to the granola mixture. This enhances their natural oils and creates a deeper, nuttier flavor profile. You can also make a larger batch of the granola and store it in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks for quick breakfast prep.

1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 medium banana
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.

In a serving bowl, layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt and pour 3/4 cup milk over it.
- 9
Top with the homemade granola, 1/2 cup mixed berries, and 1/2 sliced banana.
