    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 8 oz pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

    While pasta cooks, prepare the dressing by whisking together 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a small bowl.
