Chef's Note
For a toddler-friendly version, you can cut one wrap into smaller pinwheels. If you're not a fan of romaine lettuce, you can reduce the amount or substitute with shredded cabbage for a similar crunch. The chicken can be prepared ahead of time for an even quicker weekday lunch.

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 each large flour tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbsp caesar dressing
1/2 cup croutons
1 tbsp lemon juice

Season 12 oz of chicken breast with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Warm 2 large flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.

Toss 2 cups of romaine lettuce with 4 tbsp Caesar dressing and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a bowl.

Slice 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes in half.

Lay out the warm tortillas and divide the dressed lettuce between them.

Top each with half of the sliced chicken, 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of croutons, and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese divided between the wraps.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
