  • 4 oz lean ground beef

  • 2 oz whole wheat spaghetti

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/4 cup onion

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
