Chef's Note
For extra crunch and texture, you can add a tablespoon of low-sugar granola on top. If berries aren't in season, frozen berries work well too - just thaw them slightly before adding to prevent the yogurt from becoming too cold.

3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Wash 1/4 cup of strawberries and 1/4 cup of blueberries under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.

Hull and slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, add 3/4 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt and stir to combine.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt.
