Chef's Note
For the best texture, freeze your bowl for 10 minutes before serving - this helps keep your smoothie bowl thick and cold longer. You can prep the dry toppings in advance and store in small containers for quick assembly. For a kid-friendly version, arrange the toppings in a fun pattern or face shape!

Ingredients
1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
3 cups baby spinach
1 medium avocado
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 scoops vanilla protein powder (dairy-free)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons hemp hearts
3 tablespoons almond butter
0.5 cup fresh blueberries
0.5 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
3 teaspoons cacao nibs
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- 1
In a high-powered blender, combine 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries, 3 cups baby spinach, 1 medium avocado, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3 scoops dairy-free vanilla protein powder, and 1 cup ice cubes.
- 2
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be thicker than a regular smoothie but still pourable.
- 3
If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of additional almond milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- 4
Divide the smoothie mixture evenly among 3 serving bowls.
- 5
Sprinkle each bowl with 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon almond butter.
- 6
Top each bowl with fresh fruit: divide 0.5 cup blueberries and 0.5 cup sliced strawberries among the three bowls.
- 7
Finish each bowl with 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs.
- 8
Serve immediately while cold and enjoy with a spoon.
