Ingredients
  • 2 medium frozen banana

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 4 scoops (120g total) vanilla whey protein powder

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 cup ice cubes
