Chef's Note
For a school-friendly version, pack the berries separately in a small container and omit the almonds to make it nut-free. You can also prepare these in individual portions on Sunday for grab-and-go breakfasts all week long. For extra flavor, try toasting the oats in a dry skillet for 5 minutes before mixing with the other ingredients.

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
4 tablespoons chia seeds
6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups milk
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of rolled oats, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, 6 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to combine.
- 2
Add 4 cups of milk to the oat mixture and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- 3
Divide the mixture evenly among 4 mason jars or airtight containers. Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- 4
In the morning, stir each portion of oatmeal. If the oatmeal is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
- 5
Top each serving with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of sliced fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries.
- 6
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds over each serving and drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon of honey.
- 7
Serve immediately or seal the containers to take to school or work. The prepared oatmeal will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
