Chef's Note
For the creamiest texture, make sure to blend the cottage cheese thoroughly before adding other ingredients. If you prefer a thicker dip, strain the cottage cheese through a fine-mesh sieve for 30 minutes before blending. This removes excess moisture and creates a richer consistency. You can prepare this a day ahead and store it in an airtight container for a quick grab-and-go snack.

Ingredients
4 large stalks celery stalks
1 cup cottage cheese (1% fat)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 small cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- 1
Wash 4 large celery stalks thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2
Trim the ends of the celery stalks and cut them into 3-inch pieces.
- 3
Using a food processor, blend 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- 4
Add 2 tablespoons of 0% Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the food processor and blend for another 30 seconds until well incorporated.
- 5
Transfer the whipped cottage cheese mixture to a bowl and fold in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives.
- 6
Season the mixture with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well to combine.
- 7
Slice 4 small cherry tomatoes in half and set aside for garnish.
- 8
Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off), pipe the whipped cottage cheese mixture onto the celery sticks.
- 9
Alternatively, spread the whipped cottage cheese mixture onto the celery sticks using a small spoon.
- 10
Arrange the filled celery sticks on a serving plate, garnish with the halved cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
- 11
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
