1/4 cup feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon harissa paste
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup cucumber
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon toasted pine nuts
1/2 small whole wheat pita

Finely dice 1/4 cup of cucumber and set aside.

Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves and crumble 1/4 cup of feta cheese.

In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix until smooth.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of harissa paste, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of honey to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to incorporate all spices.

Gently fold in half of the crumbled feta cheese and the diced cucumber, reserving some for garnish.

Toast 1/2 small whole wheat pita in a toaster or dry skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until crisp.
