2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, and 1 pinch of salt.

Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars or airtight containers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to soften and flavors to develop.
