1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon walnuts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Toast 1 tablespoon of walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
