Chef's Note
These energy bites are perfect for on-the-go snacking with no freezing required. The dried berries provide the same flavor profile as the original recipe but in a more portable format. You can easily customize with different nut butters or dried fruits based on preference. For extra convenience, make a double batch and store in the refrigerator for quick grab-and-go snacks throughout the week.
