Chef's Note
For the best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats rather than quick oats or steel-cut. This recipe is incredibly versatile - try swapping the apple and cranberries for seasonal fruits like berries in summer or pears in fall. For a protein boost, stir in a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter before serving.

1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1/4 cup diced apple
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
Instructions
- 1
In a 16 oz mason jar or container with lid, add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Stir to combine dry ingredients.
- 2
Pour in 2/3 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt.

Stir mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and no dry pockets remain.
