Chef's Note
For the best texture and flavor, use a high-quality cottage cheese with small curds. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can pulse the cottage cheese in a food processor before adding the other ingredients. The toasted almonds add a wonderful crunch and nutty flavor that complements the creamy cottage cheese and sweet-tart berries perfectly.
