Chef's Note
For the best texture, freeze half of your banana in advance and use it instead of some of the ice. This creates a creamier consistency without diluting the flavor. If you prefer a thicker shake, reduce the almond milk by ¼ cup. For optimal protein absorption, consume this shake within 30 minutes after a workout or as a balanced between-meal snack.
