1 cup raw pistachios

4 tablespoons flaxseed meal
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 cups fresh berries (mixed)

2 teaspoons orange zest
16 leaves fresh mint leaves

Toast 1 cup of pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly browned. Allow to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of Greek yogurt with 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.
